This policy applies to all digital design, branding, and creative services provided by Bold Mint Studio FZ-LLC. As our work is primarily custom and digital in nature, traditional “returns” do not apply.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • A full refund is available only before any design or creative work has started.

  • If a project is cancelled before initial concepts are delivered, a partial refund may be issued, minus any administrative or consultation fees.

  • Once initial design concepts or digital files have been shared with the client, no full refunds will be issued as the creative process has commenced.

  • Refunds are not applicable for completed or approved work.

3. Revisions and Adjustments

We value your satisfaction and offer a reasonable number of revisions as per the agreed project scope.

  • Minor revisions are included to ensure you’re happy with the final result.

  • Major design changes outside the original brief may incur additional fees.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Completed or delivered design work.

  • Delays caused by client feedback, lack of communication, or incomplete project information.

  • Third-party services such as domain purchases, printing, or stock media licensing.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may cancel a project at any time; however, fees for completed phases or work-in-progress are non-refundable.

  • Bold Mint Studio reserves the right to cancel a project if the client violates terms, delays communication, or provides misleading information.

6. Delivery and Approval

Once final files are delivered and approved by the client (verbally, in writing, or via email), the project is considered complete, and no refunds will be processed thereafter.
